Using Alura Health
You may use Alura Health to discover healthcare professionals, request consultations, book diagnostic tests, read health information, contact support, and explore academy or clinic services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
Healthcare services
Alura Health helps connect patients with independent doctors, clinics, laboratories, and other providers. Healthcare professionals are responsible for their clinical advice, treatment decisions, availability, fees, and service quality. The platform does not replace professional medical judgment or emergency care.
Appointments and lab bookings
Appointment and lab bookings are requests that may require provider confirmation. Times, fees, collection areas, report availability, and services may vary by provider and location. Please review details carefully and contact support promptly if information is incorrect.
Payments and cancellations
Where payment is enabled, the amount shown at checkout applies to the selected service unless the provider states otherwise. Refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and pay-at-provider options are subject to the applicable provider policy. The current demo checkout does not process real payments.
User responsibilities
Do not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content, or use services for unauthorized commercial activity. We may restrict access where misuse or security risk is identified.
Content and medical information
Articles, guides, and general health information are for education and should not be treated as diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency-care instruction. Always consult a qualified professional for personal medical decisions.
Provider and professional accounts
Doctors and providers must submit accurate professional information, maintain required licenses, protect patient confidentiality, and use the platform only for lawful professional activities. Alura Health may review or suspend accounts that do not meet these standards.
Intellectual property
The Alura Health name, brand assets, original content, interface, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.
